About Cirri Classic Homes Inc.

Who we are
Cirri Classic Homes, Inc. is a licensed home builder in the state of NJ specializing in new home construction in northern NJ.. We are not contractors, IE: we don’t do renovations or additions. We are custom builders who have been in the real estate business since 1993.

What we do:
We offer complete turnkey service. This means we handle everything from permits and surveys to final color selection. We offer hundreds of plans to help you design and customize your home. Or, bring us a plan of your own and we can convert it to a modular plan.

Thinking about an addition or renovation? A tear down and rebuild might be more practical and cost effective. Cathedral ceilings, media rooms, fitness/play rooms, home offices, detached garages, porches, sunrooms - the possibilities are endless. With modern computer-aided design, we will custom design and build your home within your budget.

We are fully licensed and insured as are all of our sub-contractors. We are different from other builders in that we are a service oriented company. We ask a lot of questions to ensure that you get exactly what you want. We encourage the buyer to ask questions and understand what we are doing. This communication enables us to provide you with the home of your dreams without any nightmares!

Why modular?
First, there is the quality. Because modular homes are constructed in a factory controlled environment, there are no delays due to weather, missing materials, or late contractors as with site built homes. While in the factory, each home is inspected by a quality control person employed by the factory and an independent 3rd party inspector. The average modular home is built in approximately 6 days in the factory. This kind of speed combined with the superior quality control provides you with an exceptional home.

Second, there is cost savings which are two-fold. The speed in which a modular home can be constructed will save you money by reducing the amount of time you have to carry your construction loan. Also, in our experience, a modular home costs about 5% less than a site built home. You can either pocket the difference or spend it on an upgrade!
