Q- Can I bring you a plan I saw online or from another manufacturer?
A- Yes. We can adapt virtually any plan to a modular plan.
Q- How long does it take from start to finish?
A- Depending on its size, from the time the home is set on its foundation to closing is usually between 60-90 days.
Q- What type of foundation can we use?
A- Depends on the home. Block, poured, and precast foundations are predominately used in the northeast. Each has its advantages and we will be happy to help you pick the best option.
Q- Are there savings with modular construction?
A- Yes. A modular home can be built more quickly than a site built home, which means you’ll have your construction loan for a shorter period of time. Plus the cost of a modular home is usually at least 5% less than a site built home. All together going modular will save the average homeowner between 5%-10% the cost of traditional site built homes.
Q- In what area do you build?
A- Just about all of Northern NJ which is all of Sussex, Warren, Morris, Somerset,& Hunterdon counties.
Q- Do you have a preference in terms of the size or style of home you build?
A- Not at all. We build homes of every style for every budget, from starter homes to sprawling estates.
Q- What types of heating and cooling are available?
A-You will have the same choices in a modular home as a site built home: forced air, baseboard, radiant floor, central air.
Q- Can you handle the whole process from start to finish?
A- Absolutely. From clearing the site, through building the home, to the final landscaping, we can handle it all.
Q- What about financing?
A- Modular homes are financed exactly like site built homes. We deal with several excellent lenders who can help you pick the financing that’s right for you.
Q- Can you help me find suitable land?
A- Yes, we are licensed real estate brokers with over 15 years in the business.
